After doing my energy coaching, I took my recumbent bike out for a journey on the Coyote Creek path, the place I took benefit of the autumn climate on a journey that lasted about 75 minutes.
I labored on visualizing power going to working muscle tissues whereas biking and weight coaching, an idea I first mentioned here. I do not know if it makes me quicker or stronger, nevertheless it makes actions extra pleasant and stress-free.
