I recovered from my SI joint injury enough so that I can now standing pedal for longer periods. I didn’t realize how much I missed it, it’s a good workout and relaxing. So I took my Vado standing up on the Coyote Creek Trail. Near the paved trail there are many off-road sections, used mainly by horseback riders and walkers, but also ideal for mountain biking. The trails are well filled with a few ruts, perfect for my poor technical abilities. I spent a pleasant hour there on a beautiful morning.
