Our newest collection of thunderstorms continued yesterday. We have had about 4 inches whole over the previous few days. It is a good begin to the season, I hope it is going to proceed. We even had hail yesterday morning. It is uncommon for this time of 12 months, hail often accompanies summer time thunderstorms when we now have them. It was a fairly small hail, not just like the golf ball sized hail we used to get after we lived in Colorado.
Later within the morning it cleared up a bit and we had sunny showers, then the rain continued heavier all through the day. I made a decision to take it straightforward and do a couple of laps on my indoor recumbent bike. It was simply as nicely that I did one thing on Saturday that made my piriform harm, inflicting a flare-up of sciatica. I’ve to take it sluggish till it clears up. Simple rotation, stretching, ice and anti-inflammatories are to ensure that the following two days or so.
